- identify and research potential leads
- providing clients with superior and professional service, support, and follow-up for operational requests
- handling effectively the incoming leads, delivering effective presentations to potential and existing clients
- display a strong understanding of each client’s requirements in order to effectively upsell quality of communication between our team and a client’s representatives
- understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these in order to develop stronger and more fruitful cooperation with existing customers
- serve as a feedback loop for the company, gathering client’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of client needs, and communicate these to relevant functions
Requirements
- experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the recruiting services industry
- driven and self-motivated to reach targets
- ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- proven ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations
- past experience working with CRM systems
- knowledge of English language is a must
