  • CMP are looking to recruit a Client Delivery Officer to help our operations function to coordinate our training delivery activities, by acting as the liaison point between clients, practitioners, client relationship managers and the Client Delivery Training Manager
  • in this role, you will work closely with all functions of the business to ensure of processes and procedures for operational delivery are maintained
  • closing off projects, creating and sending online surveys through Alchemer, and extracting data for testimonials and references
