  • it provides chilled, ambient, contract packaging, and bonded logistics services, as well as value-added services, such as online visibility and systems integration, pallet management, and supply chain management
  • the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing a management accounting service including; management accounts preparation , budgeting, forecasting, decision support and ad hoc analysis
  • to prepare accruals & prepayments for the business unit
  • preparation of quarterly VAT returns

Requirements

  • started, or be willing to start, studying a recognised accounting qualification
  • ability to manage priorities
  • self-driven, results-oriented, with a clear focus on high quality stakeholder service
  • demonstrates the ability to effectively plan and manage their workload
  • promotes continual improvement at all times, both in terms of service to internal stakeholders and self-development
  • ability to remain focussed on the task in hand, working both on own initiative and within a team environment
  • experience of working to tight deadlines
  • prior experience of management accounts – weekly reporting, month end preparation & variance analysis, preparation of budgets & forecast and working / communicating with operational teams
