Responsibility
- in addition to producing workshop drawings, they will also be responsible for overseeing the project through to completion
- whilst working closely with interior designers, architects & main contractors, the candidate will be responsible for doing site surveys, taking client approved concept drawings & producing detailed production drawings for the workshop floor
- job description: We are currently looking for a CAD technician/Project manager to join our team
- site surveying & coordinating between other trades
Requirements
- excellent knowledge of AutoCAD & Solidworks required
- good knowledge of CNC capabilities required
- minimum 5 years experience within the furniture/joinery industry
- preferably some bench work experience
- excellent knowledge of furniture and joinery construction methods
- ability to keep and maintain good quality records and follow procedures
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- positive attitude to problem-solving and continuous improvement
