we are looking for an Interim Senior QA Engineer to assess software quality through manual and automated testing
design, write and maintain manual and automated test scenarios via tools and features
demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements, design documents and other project documents to determine risk factors and critical test conditions
this role also includes responsibilities in automation testing
execute automated tests and manage the bug log and help troubleshoot issues by investigation when things go wrong on production
ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date
identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies
Requirements
minimum 5 years experience as a Senior QA Engineer or similar role
understanding of risk based to testing approach and defining the mitigation plans
proficient in defect verification, defect logging, and assisted of root cause analysis for timely resolution of defects
experience using Atlassian toolkit – JIRA & Confluence
experience working in a Scrum environment with active involvement in daily meetings
experience in leading the remotely located onshore and offshore teams
managing and keeping track of the releases happening
experience in testing web and mobile applications using both manual and automation for e.g. Functional, Non-Functional, Regression, Smoke, E2E and API testing
