Requirements
- be energetic and have previous cocktail and bartending experience, additional training will be provided
- have experience of opening and closing bar shifts
- be able to work in a fast-pasted and busy environment with a high level of customer service throughout
- be experienced in serving drinks across a busy bar, maintaining a professional appearance and manner at all times
- hold a great customer focus on providing a great experience
- have great attention to detail
- be keg trained and have cellar knowledge
- be prepared to assist our Bar Manager/Supervisors to ensure a smooth service
