  • we have started hiring for a Head Chef position at Club 1920
  • we are looking for a hands on individual, that will deliver a creative menu that still fits into our concept
  • the Head Chef will be responsible for recruting and training their own kitchen team, for which a budget will be provided
  • stock control and managment
  • the Head Chef will work along side the General Manager, this will be the duo that drives Club 1920 forward
  • estimated opening date: Late November/Early December
  • the Head Chef at Club 1920 will have an opportunity to host the venue and touch tables, speak to guests and entertain as well, good communication skills are a must
