Responsibility
- supporting our outstanding Chef Manager and Second Chef with daily responsibilities
- helping the Chefs to prepare Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea
- assisting with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables
- maintaining, cleaning and tidying the kitchen
- keeping work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
- cleaning all plates, cutlery and cooking utensils
- filling and emptying the dishwasher
- ensuring all basic cleaning rota jobs are carried out thoroughly and in a timely manner
