Responsibility

  • supporting our outstanding Chef Manager and Second Chef with daily responsibilities
  • helping the Chefs to prepare Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea
  • assisting with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables
  • maintaining, cleaning and tidying the kitchen
  • keeping work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised
  • cleaning all plates, cutlery and cooking utensils
  • filling and emptying the dishwasher
  • ensuring all basic cleaning rota jobs are carried out thoroughly and in a timely manner
