  • ensuring care worker rotas are completed and sufficiently well planned, considering travel time and routes
  • liaising with the clinical team regarding shadowing opportunities for new staff
  • liaise with relevant Local Authorities, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the organisation
  • dealing with queries from clients and families in a calm and professional manner
  • complete on-call duties
  • carry out client assessments and administration for all Individual care and support agreements
  • ensure compliance with all CQC requirements
  • working in a team to ensure high customer service levels
