Responsibility

  • to be responsible for the identification of all breakdown and general maintenance requirements within Stonebow house and associated outbuildings
  • ongoing general building upkeep, to preserve the internal presentation of the building to a reasonable standard, is also required
  • all breakdowns and maintenance should be attended to as and when required
  • scope
  • the handyman is responsible for monitoring equipment and the building for wear and tear and breakdown, this will be done by way of a defined weekly schedule
  • each item in the list below will cover various duties and requirements within its scope
  • in addition to this, issues may also be identified by staff members and the handyman himself in the course of his duties
