Responsibility

  • manage the configuration and setup of high-end cellular routers
  • carry out the deployment of cellular routers and antennas at customer sites
  • provide support to the technical operations team to rapidly resolve customer faults and queries
  • oversee updating and monitoring of relevant internal/external IT systems with installation information
  • perform on-site surveys to evaluate the availability and performance of 4G, 4G+, 5G and WiFi coverage
  • we are looking for a keen and motivated individual with a clean driving license to join our engineering team as a trainee installation engineer
  • perform the setup of customers' internal WiFi networks and connectivity to on site equipment , including cable installation and VPN configuration
