Responsibility
- analytical individual that is creative in building digital campaigns across different online marketing channels
- define marketing calendar across channels and create campaigns to suit the customer mind-set
- weekly recommendations on how to improve performance of digital marketing activity
- weekly CRM reporting – monitoring customer acquisition and formulating retention strategies
- overseeing customer loyalty app and monitoring performance of rewards
- briefing, testing and scheduling weekly email campaigns
- oversee performance of social media campaigns
- allocating budgets on social ads and optimising performance – requesting more budget to deliver on sales targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience of email and social marketing
- basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage
- use of Trello to manage campaign briefing process
- is passionate about email marketing and social media and keeps up to date with new technologies
- familiarity with social monitoring and publishing software as well as CRM/ESP platforms
- A team player with confidence to take the lead and guide other employees where necessary
