Responsibility

  • this will be a permanent, full time position, working as PAYE or self-employed
  • we are looking for a plumber to join our team. The chosen candidate will need to be comfortable working alone but also as a team. The individual must be punctual, reliable and have good organisation skills
  • complete a Minimum of 8 hours work per day
  • use our management software to update status of all works completed
  • report any additional / supplementary works to the management team
  • undertake a range of works from tap, bath & toilet repairs to leak investigations
  • maintain a high standard of customer service
  • undertake a range of works from tap, bath & toilet repairs to leak investigations. Knowledge of vented and unvented cylinders an advantage

Requirements

  • experience managing own workload
  • ability to work confidently all types of properties
  • hold a full clean UK manual driving license and be confident driving and working in and around Central London
  • competent with all installation, maintenance & repairs
  • experience in Plumbing maintenance
  • strong customer service skills
  • plumbing: 5 years
