Responsibility
- oversee end to end processing of weekly & monthly payrolls alongside your colleague, and associated work
- head up the management of Crop Picker, a produce specific industry program for recording harvest and work details across all fields
- attend to HMRC Notices as informed by HMRC
- keep records and reconcile PAYE/NI with HMRC and report disputes if figures do not agree
- manage staff pensions and associated tasks
- prepare & present necessary information for Audits
- manage the farms HR and its associated work streams, with but not limited to seasonal and permanent staff
- continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes, and implement changes
Requirements
- experience in both Pay Roll and HR is required
- CIPP qualified
- proficient using offices packages
- ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- excellent communication skills
- team player
- enthusiastic and positive attitude
