- develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of prospects & opportunities
- demonstrate the platform to various stakeholders/decision makers
- help users love clixifix® by proactively offering advice on industry best practices
- after many years working in the house building & construction industries, nothing frustrated us more than the customer care systems we used
- updating and maintaining our customer database • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- we tried process after process, from paper files to emails & complex spreadsheets – all of them time-consuming, all of them ineffective and painful
Requirements
- strong negotiation skills • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and strategies
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to travel/overnight stays as needed to attend on site client meetings, events and conferences
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
