- youth Support and Development Worker - Clinical Service As a Youth Support and Development Worker in Hackney Children and Families Service you will work alongside highly skilled professionals towards the achievement of better outcomes for children, young people and families in Hackney
- you will work as part of the Clinical Service within a multi disciplinary team of professionals specifically created in response to the coronavirus pandemic which has impacted many children and young people and their families
- the team will be specifically working with young people presenting with issues related to clinical risk and the offer will be intensive intervention
- youth Support and Development Workers are responsible for providing high quality effective and responsive early help and prevention services; encompassing programmes of youth work and targeted interventions that result in tangible improvements to young people’s well-being
