duties will include but not limited to, sales/purchase order processing, expedite orders through to completion, preparing quotations, liaison with customers/suppliers, following up quotations, diary management, preparing worksheets for engineer's, completing service calls, making travel arrangements, incoming mail, filing, general office duties and assisting the Office Manager/Managing Director
candidate must have a pleasant telephone manner, excellent communication skills, ability to work alone and as part of a team, can work under pressure and meet deadlines
