Responsibility

  • manage the day to day running of the Centre and support the Senior Management as required
  • be responsible for the Centre, staff and customers whilst on duty
  • be professional, approachable and friendly at all times
  • have sole responsibility of the Centre at times and be confident in resolving any issues
  • be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and school holidays
  • ensure the highest levels of customer service and safety are maintained at all times and that Clip ‘n Climb Bicester is well represented

Requirements

  • experience of working in tourism/leisure/hospitality/retail sector
  • experience of performing health and safety inspections
  • excellent verbal, written and organisational skills
  • experience of delivering group sessions
  • be a confident team leader with a proven track record
  • experience of training staff
  • ability to use own initiative and solve problems
  • experience of using an EPoS system
