- we seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual that can provide expert Nurse Led support to Healthcare Workers that are caring for children, young people and their families with complex health needs and disabilities in their own homes and other community settings ensuring high quality delivery of service
- we provide comprehensive training for our Healthcare workers who are specifically selected for each package of care
Requirements
- hours 37.5. Willingness to work unsociable hours essential and on call
- salary 51K plus travel expenses
- valid Paediatric nursing qualification and current registration
- proven experience in complex care or case management
- clinical expertise in all areas of respiratory management including invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- RSCN/RN Child: Band 7 or Equivalent Experience
- 25 days holiday plus public holidays + Birthday
- paediatric nursing: 5 years
