- working with a range of stakeholders to drive ESG activities and programmes, capturing information and data

- collaborate with Marketing to expand the companies brand presence
- work with the legal support to deliver land option, lease agreements and associated agreements for all new opportunities
- identify and implement asset management opportunities
- working with the Marketing Team to ensure messaging, branding and other key tools are effective and relevant to our stakeholders
- work with their connections team to maintain secured connections and at the appropriate stage progress them further subject to Gate approvals
- measuring contractor performance, ensuring all obligations are met, defining and measuring KPI's to ensure value to the customer
Requirements
- at least 2 years' experience working within a communications / community engagement role
- at least 1-year experience in solar farm asset management activities
- previously worked with Local Authorities, Councillors, Statutory Consultees as well as neighbours, the wider community and others

- ideally at least 3 - 5 years of experience within the energy industry
- degree or equivalent qualification in an environment or sustainability discipline
- degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline
- knowledge and experience of the solar energy sector would be highly advantageous
- extensive experience in delivering climate focused technical leadership
- good knowledge of the UK renewables sector, ideally photovoltaic and connections with key players and advisors
- three years' experience in the energy or real estate industry with a land focus
- demonstrable ability to plan, manage and coordinate project events including community engagement, visits and media
- enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about customer engagement
- 1-3 years' experience in solar farm asset management activities
- probably degree educated in a relevant subject, although other qualifications will be considered based on experience
- 2-5 years' experience implementing environment/sustainability programmes in-house or in a consultancy role
- previously implemented monitoring and management programmes within an international business
- A minimum of 1 years previous experience with Asset Management of solar assets or similar technologies
- degree educated in a relevant field of study
- hands-on experience developing sector and regional carbon pathways and carbon reporting methodologies to capture transition and physical risks
- experience in renewables or battery storage - green field projects
- experience with remote monitoring systems on plant and equipment
- experience in all phases of project development, with specific experience in planning, land agreements, connections, and financing
- detailed knowledge of the UK and Ireland regulatory framework and experience implementing legal requirements
- prior experience working on a sustainable sourcing programme
- understanding of solar technology, solar farm operations, SCADA systems and UK HSE legislation
- experience in a relevant asset management role
- experience using climate data, with a good knowledge of ESG / Climate datasets and providers
- degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- experience in face-to-face lead generation/sales
- used to working in accordance to business' HSQEC&S policies and procedures
- has strong professional services leadership skills
