- working closely with the asset management team regarding service budgets

- due to the continued success of the property facilities team a rare client-side opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join the Stoke on Trent team
- reporting into the Head of Facilities Management for the UK this role is key to the strategic management plan of the company and will focus on c16 Multi Let Industrial properties across the region
- tenant Liaison – maintain good relationships with tenants, interaction meetings, customer care
- health, Safety, and Risk Management – organise site work, manage all H&S matters in buildings, checking permissions, insurances, risk assessments
- the primary focus will be to improve communication and service delivery to each of the properties, engaging with suppliers, occupiers, and Asset Management to provide service excellence
