- this role is pivotal to our Admissions Office in ensuring there is organisation, good communication and strong co-ordination of diaries
- the successful candidate will have experience of multi-tasking and will have transferrable skills gained from a similar or multi-faceted team
- we’re looking for a reliable, methodical and organised with good database experience
- you’ll be able to demonstrate professional customer service
- you’ll be unflappable and be able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
- you’ll be confident dealing with the public and directing enquiries
- the role holder will report to the Admissions Manager but will need to build strong relationships with several Admissions Officers and the Director of Admissions
- experience of working in a busy office environment would be beneficial
