  • what you will do
  • you will provide assistance to the Newcastle Senior HR Business Partner , who is based in London, and the Senior Management team who are based in Newcastle, to ensure an effective service is delivered to the business
  • you will work with the SHRBP to provide ongoing HR assistance to the Newcastle office encompassing, Business Professional Directors and Managers, and employees for these groups
  • conduct exit interviews for all Clifford Chance Newcastle leavers. Monitor feedback and report to the SHRBP and CCNL Management team on trends and make recommendations where necessary

  • you will be responsible for creating high quality work which requires good attention to detail. Continuous feedback will be provided on the tasks you complete
  • along with the above, you will be required to maintain good housekeeping . This will include updating internal trackers, updating on work progress, communicating effectively, and attending meetings/webinars on time
  • the Paralegal Apprentice will work under the Apprentice Manager along with daily supervision provided by the department's Management team, and the instructing lawyer
  • you will be responsible for playing a role in developing and representing the culture of the Newcastle Office and ensuring that we offer a diverse and inclusive workplace that is welcoming and supportive to all
