- this role will be 30 hours per week across 4 days. We will also consider applications for full time, which will be 37.5 hours across 5 days
- what you will do
- you will provide assistance to the Newcastle Senior HR Business Partner , who is based in London, and the Senior Management team who are based in Newcastle, to ensure an effective service is delivered to the business
- you will work with the SHRBP to provide ongoing HR assistance to the Newcastle office encompassing, Business Professional Directors and Managers, and employees for these groups
- conduct exit interviews for all Clifford Chance Newcastle leavers. Monitor feedback and report to the SHRBP and CCNL Management team on trends and make recommendations where necessary
