Responsibility

  • creating supporting graphics / assets using the adobe suite which maintain brand consistency
  • ensuring dealer requests are handled in a timely manner and meet company SLAs
  • adhering to both company and industry coding standards
  • integrate Click’s additional products into our dealers’ websites
  • manage inbound calls from dealers, internal departments and third parties
  • use expert knowledge to inform, advise and educate our dealers on best web practices
  • logging call and ticket time in relevant Zoho products
  • ensuring Click’s websites have best page speed performances possible

Requirements

  • proficient understanding of web markup language, including HTML5 & CSS3
  • proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS
  • have an understanding of JavaScript & REACT
  • good understanding of cross-browser & cross-device compatibility issues and how to implement workarounds
  • some understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks including jQuery
  • some knowledge of SEO principles and how to best implement them
  • have a keen eye for graphic & web design and the ability to write clean, semantic code
  • up to date with current web trends and the ability to adapt to the ever changing discipline
