Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join our family, bringing in new ideas and experiences to enrich a thriving early years provision
- the role involves being on the nursery floor for most of the time to support our Early Years Educator colleagues to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage
- this position is initially to cover maternity leave however for the right candidate we will have another in-house senior management role thereafter
- the Deputy Nursery Manager will share with the Nursery Manager the overall responsibility for the day to day safeguarding, health and safety practices, and child protection in the setting
- they will be supported by the Nursery Manager to embed inspirational early years practice in the nursery through continuous improvement, regulatory compliance and preparations for OFSTED inspections
