- support thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- we are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter and Business Development Specialist to join our client's team
- help develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools
- maintain candidate pipelines and update records in the Applicant Tracking System
