  • main responsibilities
  • manage all day to day operations when the Manager is off
  • train and develop the team
  • work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front, including in the kitchen
  • the Deputy Manager we are looking for will have a background working for independent or branded high street cafes, coffee shops serving fresh food
