senior structural engineer

  • senior structural engineer

Responsibility

  • ensuring that your engineering projects are efficiently and profitably completed
  • providing technical support to our clients by providing reports and presentations
  • to be successful in this role we would expect you to be able to demonstrate the following
  • you should either be a chartered structural engineer, through IStructE or ICE ideally or close to chartership
  • the company has an excellent track record of supporting our employee’s professional development with also strong focus on their personal development
  • hold a relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • undertake engineering analysis and prepare calculations for structural and civil engineering projects using analysis and design 3D software including Tekla Structural Designer and Tedds
  • be able to demonstrate significant experience of design using concrete, steel, masonry, and timber
