- preparation of resources, such as internet research and laminating for teaching staff
- tidying and maintaining of all office areas, staff room and photocopying areas, and beyond as necessary
- if so… then you’re in luck, Cleeve Primary School are looking to take on an Administrator Apprentice to help bolster the team. You will be supporting the wider team in the office alongside providing clerical support
- provide routine clerical support, e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, completing of forms and paperwork
- deliver messages around the school to personnel where necessary
- undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in and out of visitors, including routine cover over the lunch period when other staff are on a lunch break
- undertake routine administration, e.g. collect registers, school meals registers, record dinner money
