Responsibility
- must be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays on a regular basis
- must travel and regularly engage with colleagues at the sister site in Scarborough for initiatives and other work
- to maintain all records and forms relating to the outlets as prescribed by the management and policies
- to carry out any other reasonable duties in line with the post as may be required
- to perform any other duties in the company as required to allow the visitor attraction to function
- liaising with other departments to ensure the attractions objectives can be planned and delivered successfully
- ensure all accidents and incidents are reported including notifiable diseases
- to monitor, review and evaluation any commercial aspect, including catering, retail and events provision, being proactive in proposing changes in provision, product or service
Requirements
- schedule staff hours and assign duties
- worked in the Commercial sector, particularly bars and catering establishments
- determine, schedule, receive and check all deliveries relating to the commercial department
- worked in leadership roles
- monitor compliance with relevant health, fire and safety regulations
- provided excellent customer service and of dealing with and resolving customer issues
- investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality or outlet service
- maintain and interpret management records relating to unit performance
