Responsibility

  • growing, nurturing, training, and inspiring a team of Account Executives
  • refine the sales prospecting strategies and sales processes to generate revenue
  • consistently lead the AE team to hit targets
  • be available and able to answer process and product questions from the AE team and provide valuable sales insights
  • train AEs to forecast accurately and provide a forecast rollup to sales leadership
  • report key metrics and results to the C-suite, board of directors, and other key stakeholders
  • conduct 1-to-1 meetings and pipeline reviews with the entire AE team

Requirements

  • proven capability to lead and deliver significant growth, through revenue team expansion and/or improved efficiencies
  • skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow
  • an extremely smart and dynamic individual with outstanding communication skills and a balanced ego
  • proven ability to demo products and close deals at volume coupled with the ability to teach others to do this
  • relentless drive to achieve results, strong-willed, motivating, and cool under pressure
  • metrics-driven & process oriented
  • 4+ years in B2B sales; SaaS, software, fintech or another relevant tech
  • strong, decisive, and action-oriented leadership style; ability to make, communicate and take accountability for timely decisions
