Responsibility

  • weekly payroll and process payments
  • ensure subcontractor invoices are correctly processed and accounted for in a timely manner
  • process supplier/subcontractor remittance advice and send out
  • scanning and filing of invoices and other documents as required
  • open and sort mail
  • answer queries from internal and external contacts
  • uploading invoices to the Bank
  • emailing out sales invoices along time timesheets

Requirements

  • ability to work at speed and with accuracy
  • confident computer skills
  • experience of using Sage accounting or similar accounts system is essential
  • ability to be flexible
