Responsibility

  • clearpath Recruitment are looking for a permanent General Builder/Handyman, for our Client in Pulborough
  • salary up to 36k depending on experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • the tasks will include all aspects of property maintenance and will be mainly minor building works and repairs
  • basic knowledge of electrics, basic plumbing and leak detection, ceramic tiling, minor painting and decorating, glazing repairs
  • to inform the Foreman in advance of material requirements for jobs
  • to own accountability for working to a high standard of workmanship at all times
  • being part of the emergency telephone rota for out of hour call outs
