Responsibility
- responsible for a pool of client accounts, with the goal to improve the current contracts with advanced digital marketing contracts
- track clients goals to make sure the account is performing to the highest standards
- delivering sales pitches to prospective clients based on data driven insights
- negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
- monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary
- communicating to clients clearly and regularly, updating them on the progress of their account, website performance and ensuring they are satisfied with our services
- can demonstrate clear ways to audit a website to make recommendations and actions to improve an accounts performance, both internally and externally
- implementation of light work for the client such as content creation, SEO improvements and generalised marketing tasks
Requirements
- ideally 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment
- complete understanding of analytics to make data driven recommendations to clients
- technical knowledge of Digital Marketing including SEO and PPC
- knowledge of website builds and experience using WordPress
- knowledge of Ecommerce growth strategies
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong negotiation and customer service skills
- strong organisational and multitasking skills
