  • we have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager in a NEW children's home. A home in which you will be fully supported, given the tools you need to fulfil the role and freedom to put your own stamp on things
  • provide feedback on the effectiveness of statutory and organisational policies
  • ensure staff have the skills, experience, and qualifications they need
  • provide services, including supervision and management of the staff, planning for care and placement, safeguarding, communications, reporting, and quality and compliance monitoring

Requirements

  • working with children and at senior level: 3 years

Responsibility

  • have awareness of the difficulties our children may present with, be able to connect with them. Be an advocate for each child, Report, record and manage any concerns

  • produce monitoring reports as required, inline with Ofsted requirements
