- we have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager in a NEW children's home. A home in which you will be fully supported, given the tools you need to fulfil the role and freedom to put your own stamp on things
- provide feedback on the effectiveness of statutory and organisational policies
- ensure staff have the skills, experience, and qualifications they need
- provide services, including supervision and management of the staff, planning for care and placement, safeguarding, communications, reporting, and quality and compliance monitoring

Requirements
- working with children and at senior level: 3 years

Responsibility
