  • this includes working with employees to set goals, providing ongoing feedback, and conducting performance reviews

  • work with employees to set goals, targets and track progress
  • provide ongoing feedback to employees on their performance
  • underperformance reviews identifying areas where an employee needs additional training or support, helping to improve employee morale and motivation
  • monitor and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • conduct end of month performance reviews & 121’s

Requirements

  • strong understanding of performance management principles and practices
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of experience in performance management
