- we are seeking an experienced, hardworking self motivated individual to join our team
- the successful candidate will need to be use to a busy production environment and lead by example
- the ideal candidate will follow all guidelines, organise and mange the production team and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- A successful candidate will also have strong communication skills and be capable of reaching deadlines
- adhere to standard procedures
- process and pack garments to a high standard
- maintain and ensure all staff are motivated
- ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
- this is an exciting opportuntiy for somebody who is interested in running their own business
- previous experience of supervising a team and handling customers is essential. It is desirable to have some experience of laundry and dry cleaning but training can be given
