Responsibility

  • we are looking for a qualified accountant and highly organised individual to join our small team in S36, Deepcar
  • this includes customer invoicing, credit control, timesheet and payroll management and supplier account management
  • you will manage the ongoing management of our financial software, suitable for the running of an SME business
  • reporting to the Owner-Director and General Manager, you will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining our financial and management accounting processes and book-keeping
  • we currently use Xero so experience on this software would be highly beneficial
  • you will deliver process improvements through this, whilst maintaining effective financial controls over the business
  • you will liaise with our external accountants and ensure accurate records are prepared and maintained to the required timetable, and manage the year end accounts process
  • with your excellent attention to detail, you will prepare clear reports and reconciliations, to maintain effective financial control and highlight areas requiring attention
