• your new role
• key responsibilities will include
• managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the customer relationship
• reviewing margin whenever possible with a view to maximising profitability whilst also retaining commercially desirable accounts
• making operational decisions that put the customer first, at the same time considering CLEAN’s commercial position
• the focus of the role is on proactively managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved by making sure an effective and efficient service delivery is always maintained, through liaison and collaboration with other departments internally
• identifying, prospecting and closing new business opportunities, specifically additional sites, linen and SOL opportunities
• assisting in the management of new installations and customer handovers from sales and managing customer exits
• ensuring contract renewals are identified, logged, carried out on time, and are commercially assessed for margin contribution, in conjunction with serving laundry
• the role is for 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
• we are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a customer account manager role, ideally within the workwear arena

• key responsibilities will include
• ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service in line with CLEAN’s Customer Charter
• proactively managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and efficient service delivery is maintained
• supporting the sales team with customer presentations, demonstrating the KPI suite and customer portal
• reporting to our Uniform Service Director, the focus of the role is on the retention and development of the existing key account customer base, and to participate in the development and maintenance of the company’s KPI suite and customer portal
• identifying, prospecting and closing new business opportunities, specifically additional sites, and potential workwear customers in the geographical area
• the role is for 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
• we are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a customer account manager role, ideally within the workwear arena
