- responsible for day to day performance monitoring of Soft FM and Hard FM services provided by third party contractors
- responsible for conducting scheduled and ad hoc, independent and joint audits in line with KPIs
- maintain records of all monitoring and audit activities
- responsible for walking the floor, engaging with stakeholders and taking proactive measures to identify and make improvements where required
- raise and support the management of any risks identified
- complete compliance report and partake in meetings with NHS client and third party providers
Requirements
- experience of working within a clinical environment
- experience of monitoring and/or undertaking Hard and Soft FM duties e.g. knowledge of planned maintenance and domestic services
- monitoring/managing compliance in a building services environment
