Responsibility

  • collaborate with clients, product managers and lead developers to gather requirements, define the scope and understand user needs
  • design innovative, intuitive, user-centred interfaces for our paramedic focused apps, that align with user needs and expectations
  • ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms
  • create workflows, wireframes, detailed UI mock-ups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate how the requirements are being met
  • maintain design libraries, components and patterns to reflect the evolving products
  • translate insights from user surveys and reporting tools into improved user experiences
  • articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them
  • present designs to clients with colleagues, from wireframes and initial concepts to full designs and prototypes

Requirements

  • A portfolio showing several relevant, simple, intuitive designs that solve complex user interactions in apps you’ve worked on
  • examples of your work in existing apps or digital products that we can use, explore and discuss in interview
  • passion for creating innovative and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience
  • bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design or related subject
  • at least 2 years experience working as a UX/UI designer on mobile or web applications
  • excellent communications skills, so you’re comfortable talking to all stakeholders internally and externally
  • user Interface Design: 1 year
  • experience discussing detailed user journeys, analytics insights, user research findings, your UI designs and prototypes with clients
