Requirements

  • ideally experience of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and working within a legal accounts environment
  • hard working and organised
  • attention to detail/excellent accuracy
  • be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • have good communication skills

Responsibility

  • to order stationery as and when required and to monitor all stationery accounts and co-ordinate payment with the Finance Manager
  • admin filing and scanning
  • daily banking
  • daily bank reconciliations
  • assisting with maintenance of financial reports
  • processing invoices to our clients
