  • updating bid plans defining resources, actions and deadlines required to complete each bid
  • claranet UK’s strategy is to grow revenue primarily from our existing customer base and ensure all customers receive excellent customer experience
  • manage customer stakeholders through the end-to-end bid process
  • conduct win/loss and retrospective sessions for all bids managed to leverage lessons learned for future bids
  • proactive engagement with the Sales Operations team to establish a clear pipeline of expected bid activity, with detailed input into the bid/no bid decision making process
