Responsibility

  • support the business journey of continuous improvement
  • achievement of production KPIs, including output, quality, waste reduction, and yield
  • any other duties as requested by management to benefit the company
  • efficient resolution of production and quality issues
  • oversee production processes, addressing any quality or delivery issues in collaboration with relevant departments
  • implement measures to enhance efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality
  • support the Technical Manager and Operations Manager in audit preparation and compliance
  • support initiatives to optimise material usage and minimise production downtime
