Responsibility
- support the business journey of continuous improvement
- achievement of production KPIs, including output, quality, waste reduction, and yield
- any other duties as requested by management to benefit the company
- efficient resolution of production and quality issues
- oversee production processes, addressing any quality or delivery issues in collaboration with relevant departments
- implement measures to enhance efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality
- support the Technical Manager and Operations Manager in audit preparation and compliance
- support initiatives to optimise material usage and minimise production downtime
