Responsibility
- responsibility for management, storage, and replenishment of studio materials
- liaising with galleries working with the artist, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring consignments and loans are organised efficiently
- processing receipts for bookkeeper quarterly
- full responsibility for international shipments, including crate specification, , packaging and labelling of works, condition checks and consignment agreements, signing off shipments
- proofreading all texts and artwork captions for use online and in print publications, for exhibition interpretation, press, etc, and assistance in compiling draft exhibition texts
