Responsibility
- we have a vacancy for a Service Foreman to join our EASTERN team at our depot in Sinderby, managing and supporting our service team
- carry out service and repair tasks as required
Requirements
- experience in mechanics/diagnostics of machinery is essential, preferably from working for a main dealer or manufacturer
- ability to diagnose and advise on problems over the phone or using remote diagnostics
- understanding of modern vehicle engine emission systems and canbus systems would be an advantage, as would hydraulic and hydrostatic systems diagnostics
- ability to work effectively and motivate / manage a team
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- strong organisational skills
- A problem solving nature with an eye for accuracy and detail
