Responsibility

• based at our MANNS Saxham depot in Suffolk, this position has responsibility for the Parts Department and Parts Team
• assist local management with the development of the parts teams, location stock level and quality, general service level and overall presentation and stocking of showrooms
• responsibility for the day-to-day management of the parts department

• co-ordinate parts assistance to customers and service engineers at the Braintree location on the phone, by e-mail or in person in our showroom. This is especially important during busy peak times

Requirements

• relevant experience within parts management in a retail environment
• strong teamwork skills
• A high level of customer awareness

• A good understanding of agricultural machinery would be beneficial
