- based in the sales department, the role will be a support function to the sales team and to our customers and will focus heavily on telephone and email communications with customers, team members along with data entry and maintenance of our systems
- assist and provide the business with any other administrative functions
- data entry from sales team, customers and other sources onto our Hubspot system
- to take and respond to calls from customers, team members and any other stakeholders, either assisting directly or ensuring they are passed to the appropriate person
- ACR coordination – where information is requested from sales to engineering via a system
