Responsibility
first contact for customer enquiries and visitors to head office
process all sales orders, including customer purchase orders, sales invoices, pro-forma invoices and delivery notes
prepare labels for delivery of goods
compile all purchase order and sales invoice details through SAGE
working as part of a team, reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will share responsibility for the smooth running of the customer services department
ensure medical goods are correctly packaged and dispatched in a timely manner
assist and perform general administrative duties
arrange transportation for collection and delivery of goods, including managing of web portals, and provide proof of delivery to customers
