Responsibility

  • make and answer calls to clients/Sub Contracts/ Engineers
  • send and respond to emails – Clients/Colleagues/Sub Contractors/ Engineers
  • regularly update bespoke IT system
  • compose and amend Quotes from Engineers and Sub Contractors
  • send accepted quoted works orders to Sub Contractors and Engineers
  • regular checks for any changed Quotes/acceptances
  • conference Calls

Requirements

  • technical support: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
