Responsibility
the candidate will be responsible for the successful negotiation of payments relating to pre-litigation ‘compensation’
the candidate will be required to manage their own workload of cases for various significant clients and will be required to achieve recoveries via outbound calling to ‘offenders’ whilst ensuring they manage the incoming calls
the candidate will also be required to carry out various administrative duties such as, inputting case data, creating and sending correspondence via post and email, dealing with inbound post and locating up to date contact information using the provided tracing tools and will also need to demonstrate flexibility in order to work as part of a small team in a growing business
Requirements
an understanding of debt recovery or similar environment regulations would be a advantageous
strong communication in difficult scenarios
effective time management
confident telephone manner
excellent negotiation techniques
proactive and assertive nature
an ability to handle rejection and respond effectively
you will have a positive attitude, be a flexible, focused and target-driven individual with a common sense approach, and a strong work and team ethic
Education
the ideal candidate would have previous collections and administration experience, ideally in a telephone based business with a proven ability to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiating skills
